Our modern approach and supporting software, BENE (Bcerta Electronic Network Engine), makes our service easily accessible, relevant and manageable. Our team sets and continually updates policy, procedures and standards. BENE offers online employee referral and the opportunity to access and download case reports and management information reports, over secure web protocols, providing a speedy turn around for clients. Integrated Management Systems
As the ISO family of standards develops into Integrated Management Systems (IMS), OHSAS 18001, Occupational Health and Safety will become vital to certificated organisations wishing to demonstrate their commitment to continual improvement and to those clients wishing to achieve certification for the first time.
Bcerta operate to ISO standards and our clients can be confident that the service they receive is fully compliant and can be passed, with confidence, to an external auditor.

Management Information
Bcerta has the ability to provide a range of management information reports, offering numerical information on attendance, screening outcomes and our observations and recommendations on the service programme. We will measure our performance against agreed SLAs. We will analyse and compare data: no reports will be issued which compromise the confidentiality of any individual. Find out More.
Medical Records
All medical records will be held securely and in a confidential manner by Bcerta. Remote nursing staff will access employee medical records via BENE or if paper system is preferred, secure all medical information at Bcerta central office.
