Taking due consideration for confidentiality and data protection, Bcerta offers expert health advice and support to professionally assess the current and likely future health status of the individual.

Especially for clients in various locations, it is vital that services and reports from different parts of the country are consistent: our combination of central systems (BENE) and a dedicated client support team, we ensure this is achieved.

We advise the employee on their ill health problems, and management on the employee’s work capability for a safe and speedy return to work.

According to each situation and client preference, Bcerta use several methods to achieve this:

  • Remote Telephonic Assessment.
  • On-site assessment by one of our Occupational Health nurses as part of a session at the client site.
  • Physician assessment via our extensive associate network.
  • Obtaining and reviewing of medical reports from General Practitioners or Treating Medical Specialists.

We will then produce an attendance management report, focusing on:

  • Likely return to work timescale
  • Advice on work capabilities
  • Recommendations on restrictions to duties, either on a temporary or permanent basis
  • Relevant legislation awareness
  • Recommendations on phased return to the workplace, if appropriate
  • Answers to your specific questions or concerns
