Taking due consideration for confidentiality and data protection, Bcerta offers expert health advice and support to professionally assess the current and likely future health status of an individual.

Our pre-placement assessment examines the prospective employee’s potential fitness for duties, and determines that no medical condition would make them a safety risk to themselves or others.  Our assessment also identifies any pre-existing medical conditions and ensures that any adjustments in the workplace are recommended.

Bcerta will:

• Design a health assessment questionnaire appropriate to the requirement of the job.
• Issue the questionnaire by PDF, paper or online to the candidate to complete and return to us securely, where it will be assessed by our clinical team. Any issues requiring further investigation will be followed up by telephone.
• Follow up, if there is a requirement for a face-to-face assessment, by arranging an appointment near to the candidate’s home.
• Provide an outcome report to management and raise any permanent issues.
